About screen printing

Screen printing lays ink directly into the fabric, which is why it is the honest answer for event tees, team shirts, fundraiser runs and anything where the design is large or the count is high. Per piece it gets cheaper as the quantity climbs, and the colour reads from across a parking lot.

Our M&R automatic press runs the volume in-house. That keeps the schedule ours to manage — which is the whole reason we can say yes to a rush when another shop cannot.

What you get

  • Full-front and back prints — Up to the full printable width of the garment.
  • Multi-colour artwork — Separations handled here; you approve the mock-up first.
  • Large runs priced properly — The more pieces, the better the per-piece number.
  • T-shirts, hoodies, totes — Anything with a flat, printable panel.
  • Colour matching — Bring your brand colours and we will match them on press.
  • Print + embroidery on one order — Printed backs with an embroidered left chest is a common combination.

FAQ

Screen Printing — questions

For large designs and larger quantities, usually yes — ink scales better than stitches. For small logos on polos, caps and outerwear, embroidery is normally the better value and the better look. Tell us the job and we will tell you honestly which one to use.
Multi-colour artwork is routine. Send us the design and we will confirm the separations and show you a mock-up before anything goes on press.
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own blanks, or choose from the 3,600+ styles in our catalog.

Rather just talk it through?

Most people do. Call the shop and you get a straight answer on whether we can hit your deadline — usually in under two minutes.
