About rush & same-day orders
Most rush jobs go wrong at the yes, not at the machine — somebody promises a date they were never going to hit. We do it the other way round. You tell us the date, we look at what is actually on the floor, and you get a yes or a no while you are still on the phone.
Because embroidery and printing both run in-house in La Mesa, the schedule is ours to move. Nothing is sitting in another shop’s queue waiting for somebody else to prioritise it.
