About custom embroidery
Embroidery is the finish people reach for when the garment has to look like it belongs to a real organisation — a polo on a job site, a cap at a fundraiser, a jacket a crew chief wears every day for three years. Thread does not crack, peel or wash out the way a print eventually will, so the logo is still crisp long after the shirt has been through the machine fifty times.
We run SWF industrial high-speed embroidery machines in La Mesa. That matters less as a spec sheet and more as a result: consistent tension, clean registration on small text, and the ability to hold a tight deadline without farming your job out to somebody else’s shop.
What you get
- Left chest, cap front, sleeve, back — The standard placements, plus the odd ones — collar, cuff, bag panel, hem.
- Small text that stays readable — Fine lettering is where cheap embroidery falls apart. It is where hand digitizing earns its keep.
- Any quantity — One embroidered jacket for a retirement gift, or a 500-piece uniform rollout. Same attention.
- 50+ wash durability — Professional thread and commercial machines, well beyond retail-grade embroidery.
- Your garment or ours — Bring your own blanks, or pick from a catalog of 3,600+ styles.
- Free digital mock-up — You approve the layout before the machine runs. Every single time.
