Custom Embroidered Hats & Caps
The single most-kept piece of branded gear. A cap somebody actually likes gets worn for years, which makes it the best value in the catalog.
Choosing the right one
Style choice is really a budget and audience question. Dad hats are the friendliest on cost and read casual. Structured caps hold an embroidered logo best because the front panel stays flat and firm. Performance caps suit active outdoor use. Bucket hats have come all the way back around. New Era sits at the premium end of the range, and the price reflects it.
Cap embroidery is its own discipline — the file has to be built for a curved, structured front, not just reused from the chest logo. That is a digitizing decision, and it is why cap work from a real shop looks different from cap work that is not.
