Our Process
- Step 1: Submit your logo to us via email or text with size requirements. We quote the work and confirm your deadline.
- Step 2: We optimize for embroidery and make any size recommendation.
- Step 3: You approve the design – usually the next day via email or text.
- Step 4: Production begins typically within 72 hours of receiving garments if we have to order them, sooner if you supply garments.
- Step 5: Quality check via text pictures, email pictures, or in-person check (you, the customer, are always welcome to come by and check the embroidery and approve before production).
- Step 6: Completion in 5–10 working days, often sooner; rush service is always available for an extra fee.
